General Information

• Our Luton van has the maximum loading capacity of 18 cubic metres (650 cubic feet) and is equipped with all the standard equipment needed for removals (blankets, ties and a trolley).
• If your removal needs any special equipment please inform us in advance so that we know what to take with us.
• Your driver will also have a few spare boxes and a sealing tape in case you need to pack something at the last minute*.
• All our drivers are experienced and perfectly know the streets of London, moreover they are all equipped with a satnav so as to avoid unnecessary detours and traffic jams.
• If you can reserve a parking space in front of your house at the removal day, please do so, for example with your own car.
• If you live in a resident permit zone remember to ask your local council for a temporary permit in advance. It will help us to provide our services and save your time.
• On special occasions we also do long distance runs, so do not hesitate to contact us if you're planning a removal within mainland UK or the entire European Union.
