Terms and conditions

• While booking please provide us with your mobile number, as this will enable us to confirm your booking with you and also will enable the driver to contact you on the day.
• Although we provide our services 24/7 we suggest that you make a reservation between 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and if possible to make the reservation some time in advance.
• It is the customers responsibility to pay for/arrange a parking space.
• There is a minimum charge of 2 hours time. After the first two hours we charge in half hour increments.
• Our full working day equals 8 hours working time.
• It is the customers responsibility to pack fragile goods.
• We do not transport any flammable substances such as fuels in any form. We also do not transport animals, weapons, or any other items possesion of which is forbidden by the law.
• Jobs booked on holidays, bank holidays, weekends, or after 6 p.m and at night are not subject to any additional charge.
